🦫🏃♀️ THE BEAVER TRAIL IS BACK! 🌳🥾

Beverley Athletic Club warmly invites runners and walkers from all local clubs, and anyone else who fancies a lovely autumn outing, to join us for the 28th anniversary of the Beverley Beaver Trail! 🎉
Whether you fancy a shorter run, a longer challenge or a leisurely walk, there’s a route for you!
🌿 Choose your distance:
🏃 5 miles
🏃♀️ 10 miles
🥾 15.2 miles
Enjoy a picturesque, off-road route through the beautiful East Yorkshire countryside. No advance entry needed – just turn up and join us!
📍 Start: On the grassy area outside reception at Beverley Leisure Centre, Flemingate, HU17 0LT (free parking on a Sunday but limited spaces so please car share)
⚠️ IMPORTANT ROUTE UPDATE – PLEASE READ! ⚠️
There are changes to the routes for 2026 due to building works around Beverley, including a new alternative 10-mile route.
Andy “Routemaster” Johnson will be checking the routes and updating the GPX files if necessary. PLEASE RETURN TO THIS POST BEFORE SUNDAY 15TH NOVEMBER to download the latest GPX files! Make sure you have the up-to-date route for your chosen distance before setting off.
Routes are not marshalled, so please familiarise yourself with your route beforehand and download the latest GPX file and/or map. Some paper maps will be available on the day.
🍲 The perfect finish: Free soup and a roll at the Leisure Centre from 11:30am, with a vegan option available too! Please leave muddy shoes outside the building.
🚿 Toilets, showers and changing facilities are available at the Leisure Centre. Bring your own padlock if you’d like to use a locker.
🐕 Dogs are welcome at their owners’ risk. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult. Please dress appropriately for the weather.

No entry fee, no pre-registration – just good company, fresh air and a great Yorkshire trail! 💚
