Nice & healthy, chicken pasta with cottage cheese
Low calorie
Low carbs
High in protein

Absolutely bloody love these, why have I not had these before

You really need to try these

If you have a sweet tooth give them a try

Taste like snickers but so much more healthier

Who doesn’t like a sweet (healthy) treat

Fat free Greek yoghurt
Protein powder
Frozen mixed fruit
80% dark chocolate
White chocolate

Mixed 1 scope of protein powder into fat free Greek yoghurt
Place heaped tablespoon onto greaseproof paper
Top with fruit
Cover in melted chocolate
Freeze until set

Eat as desired, defrost for approx 45 mins

You could also make these into lollies for hot summer nights or for a health snack for children

These really are delicious, give them a go 😋

Who doesn’t love a salad…..packed with protein 🥗 🍗 🥚

I bloody love salad, some people think I’m crazy, I eat salad all year round 🤷🏼‍♀️

I know I’ll get some backlash from this because I haven’t got any carbs….i need to be careful with what I eat due to unseen medical conditions 🤦🏼‍♀️

If you’ve tried the my protein let me know what you think to them, I’m taking mine to work tomorrow, I’ll let you know what I think 🤔

This mornings wake up run, thank you for the company, lovely morning for a run 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

Morning run followed by protein shake, today’s snack was rice cake with peanut butter, not sure what we are having for dinner but I know it’ll be either chicken or some other meat with veg & I have a homemade rice pudding in the slow cooker as a treat 🤪

Who’s ready for the week ahead…….

Nutrition planned……..

Workouts planned……..

Rest days planned……..

You time planned……..

I’m ready, tomorrows smoothie is ready, jalapeño tuna ready, workout planned, notebook ready for consultation & another notebook ready for holiday consultation just my evening meal to prep 💪🏼🥊
