Build the muscle...

But confidence doesn’t work like that. 🤔

Confidence isn’t something you earn at the finish line.

It’s built through the process.

Every workout you complete when you don’t feel like it.

Every promise you keep to yourself.

Every difficult choice you make when nobody is watching.

It’s built by evidence. 🫶🏼

Evidence that you can trust yourself.
Evidence that you’ll follow through.
Evidence that you’re capable of more than you think.

7 months of showing up. It wasn’t 7 months of perfection BUT it was 7 months of consistency and relentless effort 🫡

10 weeks in & 11 weeks out 🚀

Just over 4kg down 👇🏼

Training day foods still sitting just over 2kcals which is lovely 🤗

12k daily steps, 35 mins cardio 4x per week & 5 training sessions 👊🏼

The changes each week have been extremely subtle - some weeks no changes have been made at all 🤷🏻‍♀️

Enjoying the process as always, learning more and more about myself and the body as we go!

You can’t want new results while holding onto all your old habits 🙅🏻‍♀️

Expecting your body to change without actually making any changes is just crazy 😅

Stop ghosting your coach, stop avoiding accountability, stop writing off every weekend as a “free pass,” and let’s start investing in the version of you that actually gets things done and achieves their goal 🚀

The BIGGEST lie you will tell yourselves in June… 🤥

“I’m just gonna sack it off & enjoy summer.”

It sounds liberating.

But the truth? Completely dropping your goals, habits and priorities does NOT lead to a more “fun” summer 👀 it leads to a summer spent feeling unhappy, uncomfortable, hiding from cameras and dreading the shorts 🤷🏻‍♀️

You don’t have to choose between a social life and your fitness goals - you just need to be willing to make some changes, a few sacrifices and manage your goals AROUND you lifestyle ✌🏼
