It's a while since I've posted on Facebook I'm afraid! I thought I would just write a short update on my classes. At present, I am teaching three weekly classes, all online. I would love to see everyone face to face and hope to again in the Summer with a few outdoor classes. We did this last year, Pilates, coffee and then a long walk! We continue to have members from abroad, in fact our Christmas lesson involved four different time zones! Keep well everyone.

A year of online classes!
This week marks the completion of one year of our Zoom Pilates classes.
What a lot has happened! Lots of participants, new classes, new members. Being online, we have been able to welcome folks from all parts of the UK and also have our first member from abroad! Throughout the year we have raised money for charity, providing educational equipment for children studying at home. Lucy has taught regularly until recently but because of a house move is unable to teach at present. We hope that she joins us again in the future.
I have enjoyed being able to remain in contact with so many Pilates friends and ofcourse, have enjoyed the teaching. I look forward to seeing everyone face to face again and "catching up" with those who have not been able to join us online.

What a super Christmas lesson we had yesterday! Through the fabulous dressing up and decorating efforts of the group, Christmas cheer was in abundance! 🎄🌲 Happy Christmas Everyone from Lucy, Pauline, Akela (our canine supporter!), Mike and the winners of our party - fied participant and celebration surroundings completions! 🎅🎅 Look forward to seeing you in the New Year.

Free for October 2020!

A 45 minute one to one Pilates session for new and returning members. A chance to gain an understanding of Pilates and, for those who need to, practice using Zoom (the internet platform we use to provide our classes).

If you would like to experience the benefits to mind and body that Pilates offers, with the convenience of exercising at home, maximising free time, seeing other class members (though briefly and on screen at the beginning of a class), do get in touch.

NEW ONLINE PILATES CLASSES!!

Would you like to start, or return to, Pilates classes?

The classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

For the last 5 months, Lucy and I have been teaching Pilates online. With the online experiences of ourselves and our participants, we now feel ready to welcome new member to our classes.

The present classes will continue.
We are looking to provide a new Intermediate class and a new Introduction to Pilates class.
