Advanced Scrambling day yesterday with Lucas and Grace. Simple brief, experience some grade 3 scrambling. Started on a blustery Milestone Buttress scramble then headed round to the shelter of the East Face. Up Pinnacle scramble and down Little Gully with some abseiling. Lovely day out. AMI Professionals

Jack and Anna joined us for a couple of days to develop their mountaineering skills - looking at how to use a rope and climbing kit to get up and down a route. John took them to Tryfan Bach on Friday for lots of building anchors, belaying and abseiling. Yesterday they put it to practice with me on Seniors Direct, Idwal Continuation and Cneifion Arete. GRADE 2/3 SCRAMBLING

Join me for a day of grade 2/3 scrambling on either Thursday or Friday this week (11 and 12th June). 1 space each day on our Advanced Scrambling days. £125
Suitable for anyone that’s done some grade 1 scrambling and wants a bit more challenge. We can provide harness and helmet if you don’t have them, otherwise you’ll need your usual mountain gear.
Day will start at 0900 in Ogwen
