We are a one stop shop, rug washing, clipper blade sharpening and general retail of everything for the horse and rider!

I wanted to pop on today, because believe it or not, today marks 1 year since we closed the doors, after 9 years! 9 years of blood, sweat, tears, laughs and up and downs!

I do pinch myself at times, going from pop up shops, to bricks and mortar, to having Ben Hobay opening the big shop!

How fast has that past! I still regularly think of many of my customers, certain ones less so! 😆

I'm always just a shout away, I contine to develop my knowledge, especially feed wise, so im still useful!

I am in the process of another project, which is equine based, which I'm sure will be of interest to most!

So don't by shy! If you seen me out and about ill happily update you on Jack's latest saga!

Hello! We will be attending a few carboots this weekend with a chunk of unsold stock!

-Saturday indoors - blue sky equestrian and caravan site -longhirst morpeth

- Sunday - Castlegate - berwick

-Monday - the Mart - wooler

Rugs rugs rugs - oh how I miss being able to rnip mine in the morning, fix back on a tea time!

I wanted to pop and and give a shout out to remind people The Stable Co (in my former premises) has nothing to do with me. You can go in all you want but they are not going to be able deal with anything you need from me! There shouldn't be anything but the below 👇

I posted for 7/8 weeks prior to closing the shop, uncollected rugs would be sold if not collected prior to the closure. (Those left have been ready months prior to closing!)

Virtually all were collected - those that haven't ive messaged you on various occasions to arrange collection and payment.

So if you have rugs left, this is your last call....ive been paying for storage for 9 months! And heard not a peep! If you don't know if you've got rugs left, you likely do not!

Im always a message away if you want to check something, ask questions, get advice etc. I'm keeping upto date with everything so im not falling behind!

Hello lovely followers! Again I'm loving all the love however, I am still closed and not currently trading.

However the new business in our old unit is, but in trying to make it abundantly clear they have no association with me, they continually confuse people. I've had a number of concerns raised about the wording used, suggesting "the business" in the unit is under new management.

To be clear - This is a new business- it has had (as far as I can tell) no change of ownership or management.
It simply is another new business in the same building in the same line of retail.

It's as I was a local,independent business, which will get all the support in the world.

Again I don't have any connection to 'The Stable Co' and im sure it will made much clearer their future posts, or they'll just get on with it!

In the mean time I'm happy with my new business and most definitely not having to worry about opening times and to be fair im enjoying life although I am missing sewing!

Just a quick reminder, especially to the lots of new followers.

I'm not longer trading from our old shop.

The new equestrian venture based from our old premises has no connection to us!

Obviously the confusion is totally expected when a business moves into the same building doing the same thing.

Happy New year to all my previous customers- I do miss our putting the world to rights chats. As many know I've been clearing lots of shop fittings etc, im now down to 2 containers!

I have a volume of used slat wall boards, approx 10-12, 1200mm square. Some will have had slight adjustments but mainly standard.

Most are light beech in colour a couple darker.
