Blackadder- 4, Berwick Town - 1
Tonights Crammond Cup quarter final was a cagey affair in the first half with limited chances for both teams and showing in the 0-0 half time scoreline. And it was midway through the second half before the deadlock was broken when a drilled shot from outside the box found its way through for Blackadder. After this Berwick went on the offensive and created a number of chances but just couldn't find that final finishing touch, as the game wore on with Berwick committing more men forward they were picked off with another 3 goals before finally grabbing a consolation late on. Blackadder move on to the semi's where they will play either Prior Wolfs or South Sundays.

Last night was the last of our 1st round draw games played between Moves Like Waga and South Sundays bringing a dramatic end to the opening fixtures seeing MLW dominate the tie which resulted in some frustration creeping in to some of the challenges and at 9-0 with 20 mins to go it was decided by the ref and both teams that an early finish to the game was the best course of action. So an impressive MLW move on to the quarter finals and South Sundays drop to the Crammond for a repeat of their opening fixture last year, a clash with the Prior Wolfs.

Prior Wolfs v Evergreens 7pm
Tonight we have what is arguably the pick of the first round ties as last years champions take on last years Crammond champions. Are both destined to repeat last years achievements, or could the roles be reversed ? Get along and watch this it promises to be good, and dont forget the collection tins there too.

Duns RFC -0, Thorburns Group-8
The old adage a game of two halfs was made for tonight's game, a well contested 1st half saw both sides level at 0-0 at half time. In the second half both teams had half chances in the first 15 mins but it was Thorburns who grabbed the first one, this just seemed to open the floodgates and the goals just kept coming from tap ins, long range and even an own goal to give an 8 goal scoreline that flattered the game. So its Thorburns who progress to play The Mariners in semi final one of the Crammond cup and goodbye and a huge thank you to Duns Rugby boys hopefully only until next year.
