News has just reached the while visiting the biggest team in the north of England that the Berwickshire select Sandra Ross and sir Bebbalot are into the final

Sorry for the late update
Last weekend saw our national mixed triples out
They had the journey up to headwell for 13:00 start against East Fife
The contest is over two sets
The triple was made up of Berwickshire select of Stuart Bebb’s Sandra McLeish and the one and only Ross Nicol
They cruised the first set by winning by one shot to close for comfort but this gave them the kick up arse they needed and cruised the second set 12-6

The triple then had to make the trip back to headwell on Sunday for 10:30 against a tough abbeyview but after a good night sleep they showed why they are the best in the area
Just 11-6 first set then 12-2 second set
This would set them up nicely for a local derby against our friends of tweedbank

This was surely going to be the hardest game of the weekend
It turns out after a little pet talk by Sir bebb a lot they were on fire from the off securing first set 13-3 onto the second the continued where they left off and came away with the win

They have done the Berwickshire proud
They now play semi on the Sunday 22nd at West Lothian at 10:30 against West Lothian which will be another hard task on their own carpet

Boys are out of retirement tomorrow in the Scottish Cup at Midlothian. Our opponents are the top quality East Lothian. It’s looking like it’ll be the Jolly Boys Outing as the team travel by bus 🍻 Times for the bus - Berwick 11:30 - Chirnside 11:50 and Duns 12:00. The team is as follows…

The games come to an end today up at Glasgow and it’s mixed fortunes for our two players. Unfortunately Graeme lost out to Abbeyview, Hardlines G. While Joe has had a superb win against none other than world number 7 Jason Banks, great win for him and he goes back tomorrow for his next game 🙌🏻 all them years of me teaching you is paying off.
