Pool Shut - Tuesday 3/9/19 - Due to paint fumes from the refurbishment of our pool gallery the pool is shut. Pool reopen from tomorrow.

Due to Summer Works at Berkhamsted School the KJSC top driveway will be out of action. Please use the bottom car park and follow the tree walk to the regular office along the poolside windows via the stairs next to the pool.

Exalt strength and conditioning is now working out of the Knox-Johnston Sports Centre gym. They’re offering personalised training and return from injury one to ones.

All members will receive a FREE full movement assessment, which will identify their strengths and areas of improvement. From there Exalt will build an individualised training program helping members achieve anything from an increase in power development, weight loss or a successful return from injury.
