The HOSPICE RUNNING CLUB meets at 9.30 am every Wednesday. Tomorrow we are at WIGGINTON SHOP. We will then head over into Tring park.

The fun, inclusive session will take into account everyone’s ability and it makes no difference how slow or fast you are, or if you haven’t done training for a while. No one will be left behind at any time and it will always suit everyone’s ability. No need to be worried and come along and do it at your pace. The suggested donation is £3 and every penny goes to the Hospice.
