Henry is a dedicated Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in fitness, performance, and overall wellbeing. Combining professional qualifications with real-world athletic experience, he’s passionate about helping clients achieve their goals safely, effectively, and sustainably.
With a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport, Health and Exercise Science, Henry has an in-depth understanding of exercise programming, human performance, and health management. As a qualified Sports Masseuse, he also appreciates the vital role recovery, injury prevention, and movement quality play in achieving long-term success.
Alongside his academic and professional background, Henry is also a semi-professional athlete, bringing first-hand experience of high-level training, discipline, and performance. This unique combination allows him to support clients of all abilities, whether you’re taking your first steps into fitness or looking to take your performance to the next level.
