New at Carmenta Life
I’m offering six-week Pregnancy Yoga courses throughout the year—each class is a space for fun, learning, movement, and relaxation, with a community that stays with you long after the mat. Mondays, 6:30–7:30 PM.
And when your baby arrives, Postnatal Yoga is there to help you gently reconnect with your body, rebuild strength, and find resilience as you navigate this new chapter. Thursdays, 10:30–11:30 AM (term time only).
Yoga, with its quiet awareness, has a way of bringing body, mind, and spirit together, helping you find strength in the gentlest of ways.
