Join Molly this Sunday for an afternoon of blissful sounds and total relaxation. Using Using highly tuned crystal singing bowls infused with other gemstones and precious alchemies, as well as drums, chimes, digital drones and natural sounds Molly will create a cocoon of sound to deeply rest, replenish and restore your nervous system.

Join the lovely .yoga for her incredible Dharma Masterclass on Saturday 13th June 2pm-4pm

You don’t need to have practiced dharma before to attend - modifications and variations are given to make the practice accessible to all.

Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, inversions and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation.

Dharma Yoga was created by Sri Dharma Mittra in 1975 and draws on his over 40 years of practice. The physical posture practice (Asana) tones and invigorates the body and mind, leading to enhanced flexibility, strength, balance and concentration. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditative techniques de-stress the nervous system and calm the mind. Guided deep healing relaxation or Yoga Nidra relieves stress, slows down the thoughts, calms the mind and recharges ones one’s physical body.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we had to reschedule our Acroyoga workshop with the lovely - we hope you can make the new date!

Bring a friend or pair up on the day for this fun and uplifting partner-based class. Our workshop will cover the basics of Acroyoga; how to base, how to fly and how to spot each other to create a safe environment as we explore movement. Through playful drills and flowing sequences, you’ll build trust, communication, and body awareness while discovering new strengths and skills together.

No previous experience is needed...just an open mind and a willingness to move, laugh, and connect.

Summer Solstice - 108 Sun Salutations

Join us for a special 108 Sun Salutations workshop in honour of the Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year and a time traditionally associated with light, energy, and renewal.

Starting at 7am on Saturday 20th June, Charli and Aisling will hold space for this moving meditation as we come together in practice, breath, and intention.

In yogic tradition, the solstice is a time of illumination and awakening. It is believed that the increased light invites clarity, expansion, and the opportunity to release what is no longer aligned. Practising 108 Sun Salutations at this time becomes a ritual of devotion and a way to honour both the outer sun and the inner light within. The number 108 itself carries deep symbolic meaning, representing wholeness and the connection between the self and the universe.

While we won’t be starting quite as early as sunrise (4.35am!), gathering in the early morning still allows us to tap into that quiet, expansive energy of a new day where the practice can feel especially grounding and intentional.

Whether you complete all 108 or simply take part in a way that feels right for you, this is about the experience - not perfection. Modifications and rest are always welcome.

After the practice, we’ll come together to enjoy a relaxed breakfast, giving you time to refuel and gently transition into the rest of your day ✨

We’ll build strength, control, and mobility together through a mix of drills, technique, and playful movement. Starting with gentle joint prep, we’ll move into core and upper-body strength, then explore arm balances, inversions, and creative transitions step by step.

Soulful Sundays: International Women’s Day Special

Join for a nourishing sound healing experience, held in honour of International Women’s Day - a gentle space for women to pause, soften, and come home to themselves.

This is a restorative journey designed to support rest, release, and reconnection. A place where you can step out of doing and into being. Where you don’t need to hold everything together. Where you are simply invited to receive.

You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as the room fills with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, voice, and other sacred instruments. These sounds are felt as much as they are heard, moving through the body in slow, wave-like patterns that help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support a sense of inner balance.

This gathering is offered as a sanctuary for women — a space to be held in the presence of others, without expectation or pressure. A moment to honour the wisdom carried in the body, the heart, and the quieter inner places that are so often overlooked.

No experience is necessary. You are welcome exactly as you are. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably, supported with cushions and blankets, and allow the sound to do the work of soothing and settling from the inside out.

As you rest, the mind may begin to slow. The body may soften or feel more spacious. Emotions and sensations may gently rise and fall. Some people drift into dreamlike states, others experience subtle releases, and some simply rest in stillness. However it unfolds for you is perfect.

Come as you are.
Rest in sound and shared presence.
Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and more at ease in yourself.

Looking for a nourishing weekend retreat without leaving the UK? Join & this July in the peaceful Norfolk countryside.

We’ll be staying in a stunning converted barn, complete with rustic en-suite rooms and a peaceful yoga shala for our daily practices. Between sessions, slow down and soak it all in with wild swimming, rowing, paddleboarding, or treat yourself to a reiki treatment with Aisling.
This is a weekend to rest, reconnect and share space with like-minded souls to leave felling eave feeling grounded and inspired.
