Body Blitz Berkhamsted Body Blitz Body Blitz is a 30 minute high intensity interval training class (HIIT) held in Berkhamsted. Metafit is Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning 9am-9.30am.

HIIT is an intense, bodyweight only workout, which will burn fat long after you've finished! If you want to come along to the class with your baby in the pram/buggy or with young children please feel free to bring them. It's only half an hour so not too long for them to wait and we stay in the skate park/on the grass for the whole time so they can run around. Plus Monday evening 7.30pm-8pm. All cl

asse are £7 per class or pay £25 up front for 4 sessions to be used within 2 months. Or you can pay £45 per month for unlimited classes. All daytime classes are held on the grass opposite Canal Fields playground. There is a car park right by where we meet where you can park free for 4 hours. £7 per class PAYG.
30 minutes high intensity interval workout. No equipment, body weight only. Work at your own pace, for all fitness levels.
The 30 minute class that lasts for 24 hours!
