Grab your team and join us for a night of trivia, food, and prizes on Friday 29th October for a 7 pm - 7.30 pm start.

For just £30 per person, you can enjoy delicious three courses from the menu below. Simply choose 1 starter, 1 main & 1 dessert and email me no later than Sunday 24th October with your choices.

Bridge & Supper Evenings Return!

These popular events make a welcome return on Saturday 2nd October. The opportunity for members plus partners to enjoy some social bridge with a 2-course supper.

The cost is £74 per table of 4, including prizes and supper.

To book a table please look out for the sign-up sheet on the lobby noticeboard a few weeks before each drive takes place.

The greens team have been carrying out some aeration on the greens this week to further improve them.

Did you know...? Putting greens receive more traffic than any other playing surface. The aeration process helps relieve the compaction caused by all that traffic. It also helps create a firm, smooth putting surface by controlling thatch and promoting healthy turf roots 🌱

The greens team recently top-dressed the fairways in preparation for Winter, plus to help with the worm casts.
The heavy rains washed in most of the sand which was fortuntate. Rain is good sometimes!

Nice to see plenty of new grass growing and maturing nicely following the bentgrass over-seeding too 🌱

Ashridge Wins Herts County Fourball 🏆

On Monday the Herts County Fourball Competition took place at West Herts Golf Club.

Ashridge sent 2 teams to compete in this scratch format betterball.

Jack Foster and Nick Jefferson won with Neil Gallamore and Dan Ross coming third.

Congratulations to the guys on a great performance 👏🏻

Some of you may already know that Peter Cherry was playing in The Senior Open at Sunningdale last week. Peter qualified at Hindhead Golf Club earlier in the month to win his start at this major event 🏌️‍♂️

This is an amazing achievement and I'm sure you can all join me in congratulating Peter on some outstanding golf.

Juniors week at Ashridge is 2 - 8 August 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

If you are a parent of a Junior please encourage them to take part in the competitions and the match against the Seniors on Friday 6th 🏆

We would love to see as many of our Juniors as possible play in at least one of the competitions or in the match with the Seniors
