A little bit of PDA for this wonderful group. Feel Good Fitness Friday morning group training sessions are all about exercising together as a great team. Moving to feel good. Making progress, feeling stronger, fitter and most of all having fun!
Since Spring, I have trained with an incredible group of people. They have shown up, whatever the weather - from boiling sun to rain, mud, icy wind and frost. They have brought enthusiasm, energy and huge smiles every single week. They have pushed through the burn together, constantly improving and pushing themselves each week. I am so proud of the progress they have made. I'm proud of the confidence they have built and most of all, I am proud of the little community we have become.
Feel Good Fitness is, above all, about movement for Mental Health. It's about feeling the benefit of moving your body to boost your mood and discover how much that one workout can totally change your mindset. It's about having fun, laughing, having a rant together and supporting each other.
Over the past few months, this team have improved their technique, confidence with weights, their fitness levels (increasing interval time and decreased recovery time) gradually lifting heavier weights plus boxing together, smashing out the burpees AND always finished the session smiling. It has been an absolute pleasure to spend Friday mornings with this group of wonderful friends. ❤️ Here's to more in 2024. 💛 T.H.A.N.K.Y.O.U💛
