Ronin Karate and Mixed Martial Arts Club A mix of old school traditions with modern training techniques, we train in karate and jujitsu. This club caters for 10yrs and over.

I have also qualified as an England Boxing Coach to introduce a new element to the club. Ronin karate club was founded by Al Davies some 60yrs ago and continues the tradition of both karate with modern self defence techniques, and Jujitsu ground work for a more rounded martial arts style. We hold regular gradings although the main focus of the club is to train hard in order to achieve the best fr

om each individual. We are affiliated with the EKO and offer the opportunity to attend their annual championships. Membership is free and a yearly insurance/licence fee of £20 is payable on joining the club. Each session is £12 ( 2 hours )or a monthly payment of £65 will secure a place at all sessions during the month, which is between 9 or 10 sessions depending on the month. I am also a qualified England Boxing Coach and achieved my first Dan grade in 1998. I have been teaching since 2000.

Great success and as a result I think we will make this a regular class, then we can introduce some more techniques.

We have a grading on Sunday, Sempi is going for his 3rd Dan.

As Goshin Do (Self Defence Way) is at the core of the training I always expect a well thought out routine.

We shall see.
