Many congratulations to Jago Jackson and Johnny Hornby's Barrington Highlight K who have added another CCI3*-S victory to their card, making it a hat trick in 2026 as they claimed the Howden Way U21 Championship at Cornbury over the weekend.

This competitive partnership came painstakingly close to winning the An Eventful Life Northumberland Challenge at CCI3* level in July, but missed out on the third win at Burgham by just one place, having claimed the classes at Belsay in May and Alnwick Ford in June.

Rumour has it, they intend to be back to Northumberland in 2027 and we very much look forward to welcoming them!

What an incredible Burghley cross-country day for two very good friends of Belsay.

Holly Richardson and Ballyneety Silver Service moved up from 28th after dressage to 3rd after cross-country with a brilliant round, and just one of two to be inside the time.

Katie Magee sits close behind her in fourth overnight, have produced another fantastic five-star cross-country trip with Treworra.

Incredible achievements for both of them and we wish them the very best of luck in today's showjumping.

The first horse inspection is complete and the FEI World Eventing Championships officially get underway tomorrow - how excited we are to support the brilliant British team in action over the week.

We are exceptionally proud that all five of the riders and three of the horses competed here at Belsay as part of their selection campaign for Aachen, here is Laura Collett & London 52 winning the CCI4*-S in May.
