Half term fun at Regain Fitness!

Need to entertain the kids? All of my child friendly classes are still on over bank holiday and half term!

👶🏻 Postnatal - Monday & wednesday 9:30am

🪩 Mini movers (toddlers - 7) - Tuesdays 4pm

🏋️‍♂️ Rising (7-10) - Thursdays 4pm

💪 Strong girl squad (mums and daughters age 11 up) - Thursdays 5pm

✨ I am super excited to be bringing Every Woman Pilates to Belper at the fabulous Regain Fitness!

✨ I love everything Gemma has achieved at her women only studio and her ethos of providing a safe, welcoming, supportive space for women to exercise - whether a complete beginner or seasoned gym goer - fits exactly with what I have created in my women only classes

✨ These are not just your average Pilates classes - they are designed specifically for women to rebuild, whether this is after having kids or during/after menopause or simply wanting to feel stronger and more flexible

✨ Expect to experience gentle Pilates based movement that quietly works to improve pelvic floor function (say goodbye to those pesky bladder leaks!), gently build muscle strength and improve bone density and to promote deep relaxation (absolute essentials during and after our menopause journey!)

✨ Tuesday mornings 10am-11am. DM to be first to receive the booking link when this goes live!
