ers premium fitness facility you will find a wide range of Technogym equipment including cardio and resistance training machines. We are one of the only facilities in the area which uses the Technogym key system and Wellness Machine. This excellent computerised system allows our qualified Palms Team to produce a personal workout programme for you to follow on each visit, and will record your workout data and progression throughout your time with us. Once you have checked in on arrival to your session, the Technogym Key system will guide you easily through your training programme. Palms Fitness Suite has a spacious and bright workout area with air conditioning for your comfort. As well as over 50 Technogym machines there is a core stability area which allows you to do a range of floor exercises, and includes equipment such as medicine and stability balls. The fitness suite includes the incredibly versatile Radiant machine which can be used for a multitude of exercises for every muscle group. There is also a free weight area with weights ranging from 1kg to 28kg with 3 benches. Hidden away through the doors to Palms Health and Fitness you will find a relaxing sanctuary – Palms Health Suite. This exclusive area of Palms is dedicated to ensuring all our customers get the opportunity to take some precious time out of their busy lives and relax. On entering into Palms Health Suite you will find a peaceful, warm and spacious room with a chill out seating area to your left and cooling showers to your right. In front of you are the stairs leading up to our bubbling spa pool which is surrounded by natural stones which add to the serene atmosphere. To either side of the spa pool you will find a deliciously warm Scandinavian style sauna with pine decking and hot stones and a sparkling white steam room which releases relaxing eucalyptus infused steam. Palms Health Suite is a great place to come to relax and take some time out. The Health Suite is available for use for those aged 16 and above.
