A huge thank you to all who attended the year anniversary party last night. We could not keep this place going if it was not for you friendly folk. Hope you all had an incredible time and we shall see each and every one of you again soon. Party hard!

Another reminder to all about our 1st year of opening party!!
It has fast approached and is this Saturday the 28th of March from 6:30 to late!
Please bring food, yourselves and it'll be a fantastic evening with fantastic people :)

Please do not forget that we are having a party at nealies across the river on the 28th of March (a week Saturday). Don't forget to put your name down to the fuddle (or just bring something randomly delicious, or don't all welcome, we just want fun) and come and have fun with a fantastic community.
There is entertainment, a bar on site and just come on down and have some fun!!

Evening everybody!!

Would like to welcome invite everyone down to our fitness suite and martial arts centre!
Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, fantastic instructors (for both the gym and martial arts) with a wide variety of things to do and train in it is the perfect place to get those beach bodies ready!
