OMG… WOW, WOW, WOW! 🤩🔥 Where do I even start with last night’s PomFit?!

I’m not sure if I’d had too much caffeine, if it was because the whole team was finally back together, or if I’d brought a burst of holiday energy home with me… but that class was EPIC! 👏

I was definitely feeling those 2000s hits, and the high-impact energy was on another level! You all absolutely smashed it—what a night and definitely one to remember! 💃🪩🙌

Volume 6 is now officially complete, and I’m so proud of every single one of you! Thank you for giving all the new routines a go and embracing every dance with such amazing energy. I hope you enjoyed them as much as I and Carla Griffiths loved teaching them! 💃🪩

What did you all get up to last week while PomFit wasn’t running? 👀💗

I feel like I missed so much! First of all, a huge belated happy birthday to our lovely Ann Hayward ! 🎂🥳 I hope you had the most wonderful day!

I was also sent some fabulous photos of our PomFitters still keeping the social side going…

🍸 Lynn Skillen , Theo, Christine, Jane Smith and Margaret Groom enjoyed a few cocktails together!

🚶‍♀️ Ann, Carla Griffiths , Donna Shaw and Gill Milford headed out for a lovely walk!

Even when PomFit isn’t running, the PomFit family is still out making memories! 🥰 I absolutely love the friendships that have grown through our classes.
