Studio 7’s 12th Annual Show — ‘VIVA’ 🎭✨

Come along and support our wonderful dancers in our upcoming annual show, taking place on October 10th & 11th at Woodlands School Theatre.

With both matinee and evening performances, there are plenty of opportunities to come along and watch our wonderful, hardworking students shine on stage! ✨

💚🧅 Horsley Woodhouse Carnival 2026 🧅💚

What an amazing day at the 48th Annual Horsley Woodhouse Carnival! 🎉

We’ve proudly taken part in the parade and performed at the carnival for the last 12 years, and this year’s walking float was… SHREK! 💚👑🐉

It all came together in the last few days thanks to the incredible support of so many wonderful parents, and of course our fabulous dancers, who fully embraced their fairytale characters!

A huge thank you to:
✨ Phil & Louise for the loan of the incredible dragon (beautifully made by Louise!)
✨ Phil for making the chariot to carry our scarecrow Lord Farquaad. Adam for the personalisation (sorry you couldnt see it due to the fabric)
✨ Lauren at Harlequin Alfreton for the loan of costumes.
✨ Emma, Nat and Jess for helping organise everything and with the costumes.
✨ And an extra special thank you to Jess, who spent a whole day with me making all the finishing touches we needed!

We’re so lucky to have such fantastic dance parents who were happy to dress up alongside their children. We had more than 30 people taking part in the parade this year, and you all helped make it such a memorable day! ❤️

The fun isn’t over yet—9 of our dancers are performing their solos this afternoon as part of the carnival entertainment. We can’t wait to cheer them on! 🌟

Thank you to everyone who helped, supported and joined in. We couldn’t do it without you!
