This is what can be achieved when you are focused and locked in. Losing 1lb a week consistently since 16th march. Laura joined me a year ago and has worked through her personal goals of body confidence 🫶 building strength and now focusing on overall transformation. She now feels comfortable in a public gym environment on her own 💪 as well as coming to PT. The biggest goal is believing in yourself and being proud. This picture isn’t t about fear it’s about taking control. In my early 40s i realised I was struggling to stand up from the floor without leaning on something, use your muscles or loose them is definitely true. Move-Build-Be the best version of yourself. Now in Chapter 49 I feel and look better than I did in my 20s. It’s not about vanity it’s about mobility, strength and confidence. And yes I’m probably the oldest in the gym but I’m showing up for ME💯
