Morning everyone!
Hope you're all doing okay?
I know it's such a hard time for everyone just now, it can feel almost as if your freedom is being impaired or restricted...BUT if we all just stick to this for a few weeks, we'll be able to get back to 'normality' so much quicker.
I know our mental health is taking a pounding just now, don't forget to breathe, take a walk and get some air. Feel the breeze and sun on your face, fill your lungs with fresh air and remember, this isn't forever. This will pass and we'll feel so grateful to be able to visit our families, have a hug and speak to our loved ones face to face.
Video calling is a god send! Keep your mind busy - remember those wee tasks you wanted done but they weren't a priority and your time was needed for other things? Well there's no better time than now to get chipping away at your list.
