Here are 4 small & very manageable things we can do to help shift some unwanted lbs.
Exercise 🏋️♀️
doing a 20-30 mins home work can be just as effective than doing countless hours in the gym.
Walking🚶
30 min walk can burn up too 200-300 calories, and it has so many other benefits..who hasn’t got a spare 30 mins.
Cut back alcohol & reduce sugar intake🍷
Not saying stop drinking all together, try reducing it,..swap out wines, beers for lower calorie drink like clear spirits with low calorie mixers.
Research says that sugar and alcohol can actually worsen the effects on menopause, such as hot flushes & night sweats 🥵
In males can lower testosterone levels & lowering your libido.😩
which all of this can have a knock on effect to your sleep & energy levels, effecting your activity output.
Making very small changes to your lifestyle can have such a BIG impact on your health and start shifting those extra few lbs.
