That's it for us everything down and out the end of an era for the dockers boxing club we've had a great run, past and present the coaches old and new who have helped many of people from all different backgrounds and levels, those who boxed for this great club who went onto represent Ireland Ulster and Antrim winning Irish Ulster and Antrim titles also tournaments like the European Youths/Games World Youths/World Championships and the Olympics that is some achievement for a club that's been open for 34 years the memories will never be forgotten also thanks to the lads for coming down and helping 😢🥊

Wasn't to be for Michael and Caolán in tonight's finals both lads give it there all, we entered 6 with 2 just losing out in the semi finals 3 boxing in the final and 1 walkover, what's been going on these last few months it hasn't been easy but these lads along with the coaches stuck it out together as a team, we couldn't thank the clubs more than enough for helping us through these difficult times, as they say tough times don't last tough people do this isn't the end and we will be back that's for sure we might be down but we certainly aren't out 🥊🥊

Mixed fortunes tonight in the Antrim championships first up we had max in his first competitive competition losing out against a good lad from the star

Second up was Ali in a very competitive fight against a good lad from all saints Ali just losing out on the dreaded spilt decision both lads can hold their heads high

Last up was Caolán in toe to toe battle against a strong lad from Emerald Caolán stuck to the game plan coming out with a 3rd round stoppage he now moves on to Fridays final with Michael

Tomorrow night we have Matyas in his final the club wishes him the best of luck 🥊🥊
