I have a few sessions that have become available for personal training either 1-1 or small group session 🥳

Offered in these sessions will be a program designed to suit your specific goals, calorie intake again for whatever those goals are you have set for yourself may it be weight loss/weight gain or just to maintain where you’re at.

Charlene got ahead of the "new year new me" she started strength training with myself just 6 weeks ago. In those 6 weeks she has managed to lose just over 2kg and 8.5 inches 🙌
More importantly in my opinion has gained some serious strength in her deadlift/ squat!

Well done Charlene you have been a pleasure, enjoy Christmas and I'll see you in the new year!

Where do I even begin with this girl.... I have never met anyone with the determination she has. Mary Mc does Personal training sessions with me along with 3 boot camp classes each week. Her progress is exceptional! Nothing beats her, nothing stops her making each and every session a worthwhile one!

Hugh has been with me from January he took advantage of offers I had running at the time, and has been consistent with his training from the beginning. He trains with his good mate Tony Philpott, training with a friend is a great incentive to keep motivated with friendly rivalry, someone to bounce off when the sessions get tough 💪

I have to give credit to Tony, he has been a client of mine for a while now. He gives 100% in each session always pushing himself above and beyond his limits!

Tony has lost kilos in weight and becoming leaner and a lot stronger in the process.

There are no quick fixes no gimmicks just a good diet, good training staying consistent with both leads to a happier healthier stronger leaner you!
