We think one of the most underrated things about joining a gym class is the people.

When you’re new, walking into a gym on your own can feel pretty daunting. But when you start recognising faces, people say hello & someone notices if you’ve missed a week, it makes such a difference.

It stops feeling like somewhere you have to go and starts feeling like somewhere you want to go.

That’s what helps people stay consistent.

Not finding the “perfect” workout or waiting to feel motivated, just feeling comfortable enough to keep coming back.

If you’ve been thinking about trying a class but keep putting it off, this is your sign. Everyone was new once, and you’ll probably wish you’d started sooner.

Because it’s not really costing you £30.

It’s costing you months (sometimes years) of going in with no real plan, doing the same workouts, not really pushing yourself & wondering why you stay the same.

It’s the confidence you don’t build because you’re not sure of what you’re doing.

It’s the progress you don’t make because no one’s actually showing you how to progress.

And eventually, it’s the frustration of feeling like you’re putting in effort but not getting much back.

The truth is, most people don’t need “more motivation”.

They need structure, guidance & an environment that actually pushes them.

Because £30 a month is cheap…
but staying stuck for a year isn’t.

Two people can stand beside each other doing completely different versions of the same exercise and both get exactly what they need from it.

If something needs adjusted, we adjust it. If something needs progressed, we do that too.

The whole point is to take the guesswork out of it and make your life a bit easier instead of you trying to figure it all out on your own.

And if you’re still not convinced we know what we’re talking about, we give you 14 days to test us before you commit.

Fair enough, really.
