Hard work pays off 👊🏻😎

Starting weight - 10 stone 13lbs
Shoot day - 9 stone 6lbs

Just look at that incredible transformation Courtney went through!

Still working on the basis of one session a week with myself (throughout her entire training this never changed) and at least 3 other times in the gym on her own following set programs achieved this result.

It really is that easy when you have the correct tools in place!

Massive well done 💪🏻😎

Anyone that thinks doing one personal training session a week is pointless…. Check this out 💁🏻‍♂️

has not only knocked it out of the park with these amazing results, but her entire outlook on hitting the gym has completely changed!!

One personal training session a week with Courtney had helped her:

There's only one thing in our lives that we're never able to reacquire once it's gone. I’m not talking about money or any other form of item... I'm talking about 𝙏𝙄𝙈𝙀! ⌛️
