Established in 1891, Fortwilliam Golf Club is a Par 70 course nestled in the base of Cavehill Country Park, offering breath taking views over Belfast Lough, the iconic home of the Titanic. Established in 1891, the club is the true home of golf in Belfast. It is situated in an area of natural beauty offering stunning views of a tranquil Cavehill to the north-west and the busy Belfast Lough to the east. Although not a long course, it provides a good test of golf as most holes have narrow tree-lined fairways and difficult-to-read greens. It measures over 6000 yards, Par 70. The clubhouse has excellent bar and restaurant facilities with a vibrant social life. The Pro Shop is ran by PGA Professional Ricky Duckett and his assistant Chris Crangle.
