Massive shout out to my lovely client Julianne.
This lady has been back training & tracking since start of March.
She has 26lbs (11.8kg) off and another 13lbs to hit her target weight this year.
Simply lifting heavy, classes , tracking her food (keeping calories high) ... BUT... Still able to have a social life and more relaxed eatting at weekends.
This is the definition of right attitude and consistency paying off.
