What an amazing week of weather we have had 🌞

Great to finish off our first week of Tribe40 outside and what a backdrop it was this morning 💕

30min workouts 3 times a week @6.30am mon,wed and Fri .
No commute, no need for child minder and over and done before the day starts, what’s not to love ❤️

Chest and back day after 3k run with the wee sis .Been amazing having her to train with and fair play she’s got up every morning 👊🏻💪🏻

Tiredness and fatigue is there but still pushed through at manageable pace.
Will miss her when she leaves tomorrow 🥲
