Sport of anykind is essential, not only does it benefit physical but it keeps the mind good aswell.
Kickboxing builds confidence, teaches respect, steadily grow as a team member whilst learning martial arts and self defence.
Unfortunately the way things are going in the world ye never know what's around the corner.
Training kickboxing from 6 years old at least they stand a chance if they fall into difficult situations in the future 💪🏻
Some time I'll tell how kickboxing saved my life. I started at age 17, my only regret is that I didn't start younger.
