Where do I start with this man? Firstly, I have to say Jonny is one of the most genuine people I know.

Jonny came to me about a year ago wanting to lose some weight, improve his fitness, and feel better about himself. Fast forward to today — he has completed his first 10km trial run, lost an incredible 3 stone, and completely changed how he feels about himself.

The confidence he has gained, the strength he has built, and the fitness he has developed are all down to one thing — his hard work and dedication. His work ethic is second to none, and he has shown what can be achieved when you commit to yourself.

This is only the beginning for Jonny. Next up is Hyrox, and I have no doubt we will smash that challenge together.

I’m incredibly proud of you, Jonny. You’re a credit to yourself, your family, and everyone at GA Fitness. Keep pushing — the journey has only just started. 💪

Back after a short break, and it’s straight back to work.

At GA Fitness, we keep our groups small so we can focus on what matters—setting targets, building strength and conditioning, creating healthy habits, and developing real relationships.

Another competition, another incredible result.

I keep saying it—we might be a small team, but we punch well above our weight. We train out of a community centre, proving that it’s not about having the fanciest gym or the latest equipment. It’Jim McWhirterwork, consistency, and turning up week after week. That’s what gets results.

A massive shout out to Jim McWhirter. This man is an absolute machine. The commitment, determination, and effort he puts into every session is second to none, and it’s showing every time he competes.

Over the last 12 weeks, we’ve started a new and improved chapter at GA Fitness.

We brought more structure to every session, set clear goals and targets, and placed a huge emphasis on building strength and endurance. We also introduced running as part of the programme—and what a success it’s been.

Some members had never run before. We started with short, manageable runs and gradually built them up week by week through interval sessions, tempo runs, and consistent hard work.

The achievements have been nothing short of incredible. We now have members regularly running 5K and 10K every week, with many signing up for their first 10K races and trail runs. Watching that confidence grow has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

As a coach, I couldn’t be prouder of every single person. Your commitment, determination, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone have been inspiring to watch.

This has been a huge success—not just for GA Fitness, but for everyone who believed in the process and put in the work.

Congratulations to you all. You’ve earned every achievement, and I can’t wait to see what we accomplish together in the next chapter.
