Kyoujin City Centre

Kyoujin City Centre BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-jitsu - in a Gi) - for all grades is at 6pm (18:00) on Monday & Wednesday - and on Saturday at 11:30 am.

The classes are generally 75 minutes long. A 60 minute Judo class follows the Wednesday BJJ class - 19:15-20:15. There is a BJJ Open Mat light training session on a Thursday lunchtime from 12:30-14:00. Other classes include no-gi BJJ and MMA (mixed martial arts) training.

I am very pleased to announce that on Saturday, three Brown Belts from Combat Judo successful completed all the contest fights and the theory requirements to be awarded their competitive Judo Black Belts. Very well done - an excellent achievement 😀👍🥋🥋

From now on, there will be a Judo class on Wednesday after BJJ. This will start with some standup ‘free fighting’.

But there will also be a class on a Thursday from 6-7pm. This will mainly be a technique class.

Finally, there will be a Sunday Judo class starting at 2pm.

Try to get some standup techniques guys. We use BJJ rules for our ‘free fighting’. 😀👍
