✈️🪂COMMITTEE APPLICATIONS

The time has come to elect a new committee for the 2023/24 academic year 😎!

If you are interested in any of the following roles, please email us at [email protected] with the role or roles you wish to be nominated for along with a short paragraph (200 words maximum) explaining why you wish to join the committee, and tell us why you are suitable for the role(s) applied for. You can nominate yourself for a maximum of 3 roles.

Nominations close on Monday 27th February at 7pm.

The AGM to elect the committee will be held via Zoom on Wednesday 8th March at 8pm.

Congratulations 👏🏼 to Drew on achieving his FS1 qualification at Skydive Ireland today!

Formation Skydiving 1 (FS1) is usually obtained soon after achieving your A-license and will enable you to jump with any other FS1 qualified jumper.

FS1 teaches you how to fly relative to other people in free fall (moving up/ down, forwards/ backwards, taking grips etc). It’s also the minimum set of belly to Earth (flat) skills which are required to skydive safely with other people.
