Some of you may ask, what is a Cryospa?

A Cryospa is a 21st century ice bath which plays an integral part of recovery for many athletes. It has been proven to accelerate recovery and minimise fatigue which results in lowering the risk of injury.

A Cryospa session is useful for a variety of people including:
