Ladies hang in there Jan is almost over. Like every other woman in the country we are just about recovered from a month of go go go.. If you made it to the gym.. Well done.. if you got out for a few walks.. even better!

Whatever got you through the first few weeks!

Saying that I know a lot of you are looking to get started and made 100 promises to yourself but are seriously overwhelmed by all the misinformation on insta, so it’s very easy to get caught in the cycle of Procrastination and more scrolling… thanks to our dwindling hormones. 😁

If you’re a member or not get in touch and get yourself a decent start to February.

Everything will be wrote down and drip fed.. No Apps, No emails.. No messing about.
Just straight forward information.

So far September has been an amazing month for us but for this kid, I really couldn’t be prouder 😊..

She pinned her first session with in London. Though I don’t think I can call her a kid anymore 🫣.. not after today!

Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you Misses Jennings.
