Some people arrive as partners. Some become part of the journey.

The Gos Effect - Beyond the lens — came to Erne SWIMRUN to capture the race.

What happened along the way became something I value much more than photographs and video.

You captured the moments we might have missed — the nerves, the smiles, the pain, the celebrations and all those little moments that make an event memorable.

But you also became someone I could talk to, bounce ideas off and trust to give an honest opinion.

Your experience, ideas and suggestions have genuinely helped me look at Erne SWIMRUN differently and think about where we can take it next.

And somewhere between the cameras, race days, conversations and everything happening behind the scenes, a professional relationship became friendship.

So this is a very personal thank you.

Thank you for challenging my ideas.
And thank you for being there — not just behind the lens, but beside us.

Time to reveal one final surprise…

The Mana Art Erne SWIMRUN Finisher Hat.

But there’s more to it than just a hat.

The colours were chosen to reflect what makes Erne SWIMRUN what it is.

Sand — the trails, earth and wild landscape around Lough Erne.

Coral — the energy, determination and human side of the race. The people who turn an idea into an experience.

Blue/teal — the water. The reason this isn’t just a run — and the element that makes Swimrun what it is.

Together, they represent the three things at the heart of this race:

LAND. WATER. ADVENTURE.

And then there’s the little message hidden inside:

EARNED, NEVER BOUGHT.

Because this isn’t merchandise.

It’s something you earn by finishing the journey.

In just 3 days, these hats will go to the people who cross the finish line.
