Another 3 points on the board to put us on top of the league on goal difference in what is going to be a great battle between about 6-7 teams this season in a very competitive league as teams push for promotion.

*A result was added that we thought was on so back to 2nd 😎

Well done lads.

2nds no game this week and unfortunately our 3rds with a very young team lost to a Corrymeela side that’s 2 divisions up and 1 of the favourites for their league 8-2.

Valuable experience for the kids as they get accustomed to adult football.

Tonight is tracksuit night were the lads will be having some team bonding.

Have great night.

Tomorrow sees our 1sts away to Ballynahinch United in what can always be a tricky trip as we hope to continue to put points on the board in a competitive season ahead in 1C.

No game for the 2nds and the 3rds have a Billy Allen Shield game at home against high flying Corrymeela who defeated our young lads a few weeks go.

Today was a great day for 16 year old Cal Larmour who came of the bench for the 3rds to score a hat trick on his debut in a 3-0 win v Queens Grads.

Owain scored 2 cracking free kicks to give the 1sts a 2-1 over a hardworking Portaferry team that keeps us in 2nd in a league that looks like it’s going to be a very competitive league campaign.

2nds missed 2 penalties and had plenty of chances to win the game today and disappointed to come away with a 1-1 draw v 1st Bangor.

Keep an eye out tomorrow when we announce our Supporters & Manager player of the month for September.

Our 2nds made it 2 wins out of 2 in their new league campaign in 3D winning 4-2 v Carryduff Colts.

A comfortable win even with a penalty miss from 1 of our golden players but we wouldn’t want to embarrass him 😂
