Tuesday - Full Body Pull Session
Session looked like this today:
• Seated Hamstring Curl ×2
• Barbell RDL ×2
• Plate Loaded Hip Thrust ×2
• Seated Calf Raise ×3
• Unilateral D-Handle Pulldown ×2
• Seated Cable Row ×2
• High Incline Bicep Curl ×3
I’ve always liked this session style, especially on days where I don’t always have a tonne of time to train. It allows you to target the entire posterior chain in one session, and you can easily manipulate sets and reps to bring up any lagging body parts.
