Meet one of my RISE regulars, Orla
From her very first session, she was committed to showing up and that’s exactly what she’s done ever since.
What’s been great to see is how she’s grown into training.
Movements that once felt new like squats, deadlifts, press-ups are now a real strength.
Her technique, confidence, and control have all come on massively.
RISE fits in perfectly with her lifestyle too. Between golf and regular treks in the Mourne Mountains, she’s someone who’s always active and training has helped her stay strong, move well, improve balance and avoid injury while continuing to enjoy everything she does outside the gym.
Her consistency is what really stands out. She shows up, puts the work in, and stays dedicated week in, week out.
I’m looking forward to many more years of training Orla and seeing that progress continue, year after year.
