From a tropical Belvoir forest last night, to the wild Belfast hills tonight, we’re celebrating Global Running Day the best way we know…on the trails! If you fancy joining us, we’re at Divis at 6.45pm this evening 😄

And yes, the rainbow in the picture is real! 😜

Tuesday 7pm: Belvoir Forest, meeting at Shaws Bridge sports association car park (bottom of the lane past Crowne Plaza)

Wed 6.45pm: Divis, meeting at the lower car park on Divis Road.

We are super excited to be supporting The Outdoor Partnership Northern Ireland with a ‘come and try’ trail run for women on 11th June! Full info will be posted this week 💚

Sport NI are celebrating women and girls in the outdoors from 8-14 June 2026 and we are delighted to be involved!

This week is all about making sure women and girls are seen, heard, and truly belong in the outdoors. We are pleased to be offering a number of women only sessions for our groups and to get more women out enjoying the outdoors!

Here’s where to join us on the trails this week:

Tues 7pm: Narrow Water, ~10km. Meeting at the entrance on A2 Warrenpoint Road.

Wed 6.45pm: Lady Dixon, ~8km. Meeting at the upper entrance on Malone Road, opposite the golf club.

Sun 8.30am: Drumkeeragh Forest, 10-14km options. Meeting at the car park on Drumnaquoile Road.

What a day we had taking on the IMRA Wicklow Way Relay! TrailRunNI’s all female team completed the 104km in 11 hours 22 minutes! We’re super proud of our strong women who dashed, climbed, and pushed hard through each stage, with so much support and encouragement en route 💚

Huge thanks to our captain, Jo, our car park marshal, Colin, and all the IMRA marshals keeping us right! And big congrats to all competitors!

Wed 7pm: Divis trails, ~10km. Meeting at the lower car park on Divis Road.
