All new comers welcome. UUJ compete in Division 2 of the SSI League. They also have a B team competing in SSI Division 3 Ulster and a joint Fresher team with other campuses competing in the O'Bolye Cup. They play fixtures on a Wednesday afternoon and even if you play club rugby for another side students are still eligible to represent Jordanstown on Wednesdays without affecting their registration
status. In the last three seasons over 38 UUJ students have represented the Ulster Colleges team and 10 have represented the Irish Colleges

2006-07 - The University of Ulster (Jordanstown) Rugby Club won Division 2 of the Irish Colleges League.
2007-08 - They competed in Division 1 and had an Under 20 team participating in the Ulster Branch League.
2008-09 - They moved on to field 3 teams in the Irish Colleges Division A and B league, and a Fresher XV competing in the O’Boyle Cup.
2014-15 Team reforms and gains promotion from Division 3 at first time of asking.
2015-16 Club goes on two field to Mens teams in the SSI divisions 2 and 3! A womens tag team is formed and play socially.
2019-2020 Team go onto win there regional league and compete in league final against UCC, losing narrowly in UCD. Also reach the SSI Tier 2 final of the cup and we due to play Unversity of Limerick in Limerick, but was cancelled due to COVID and cup was shared between the 2 universities.
