Everyone, meet my friend Paul! 👋🏼💪🏼

Paul has been coming to the gym with us for a number of months now, and we couldn’t be prouder of the progress he’s making! 🙌🏼

Paul sometimes finds communication difficult, like many of our service users 🧏🏻, but that never stops him from working hard and chasing his goals including his goal of losing weight! 💪🏼

Well done, Paul! 👏🏼 Keep up the fantastic work! 🫶🏻

Here’s a look at our accessible pec deck machine! 👇🏼

The adjustable seat allows wheelchair users to position themselves directly into the machine and train their chest independently🧑🏻‍🦽‍➡️It’s also a great option for people with reduced mobility.

Alex has been with us for a while now and has been absolutely loving the gym and meeting new people. He is such a joy to be around and is always full of energy and life! 😄
