Katie is a wheelchair user and this is her first time walking in 6 years👏🏼 She is such a determined woman! We have been working hard focusing on her leg strength and balance, and what she has achieved so far is nothing short of amazing✨ But honestly, I’m not surprised as her determination and attitude have been incredible from day one. Proud is an understatement! 👏🏼💙

Wow where has the time gone! ⏳ This article popped up and I can’t believe it’s already been over 5 years since I started this service and watched it continue to grow 🙌🏼

I’m so proud to know I’ve created a little piece of history in Northern Ireland by launching the first ever disability personal training service and gym 💙🏋🏼‍♂️

From day one, the goal was to make exercise accessible and inclusive for everyone, and seeing the impact it has had on so many people makes all the hard work worth it 🌟♿️💪🏼

Meet the amazing Kirsty everyone!🌟 Kirsty has been with us for a while now and has been progressing each week👏🏼 She is a very busy woman outside of the gym, taking part in lots of different sports and activities🏃‍♀️🎯 I tell you, the drama is really paying off!😅
