✨People And Clubs Accreditation✨

💙We were delighted to welcome Kyle Robinson, The Irish Football Association Club Development Officer, to our training tonight and celebrate that the Club has achieved their re-accreditation of the Irish FA’s People and Clubs Accreditation.

🖤The accreditation is the Irish FA’s quality mark of best practice in club development off the pitch. It highlights a club’s governance, structures and development plans for the future.

💛It allows the Irish FA to signpost our club as a model of good practice and have an open avenue of communication with our national association in relation to club development.

💙This is a fantastic achievement for the Club, achieving reaccreditation again, having previously been reassessed in 2020 and originally back in 2017 when we were the first Club in Newry, Mourne and Down District to achieve the People and Clubs Accreditation.

🖤A big thank you to our coaches, all of whom are volunteers, who continue to set and maintain the highest operating standards set out by the IFA.

We were able to redirect the overflow of the river away from the clubhouse and onto the pitch. Thanks to Morrow Contracts and Premier Traffic Systems for supplying more sandbags and to the volunteers who helped.

Unfortunately, that’s obviously affected the pitch and our car park has also been destroyed.

Teamfeepay have set up a fundraiser page for donations to Fight the Flood and made the first donation.

Your donation will help us restore the pitch and car park and improve our drainage systems and flood defences.
