Meet Coach Rory Graham

I am a 22 year old strength and conditioning coach, with a background in team sport, mainly with football and GAA.

I have played GAA and football from a young age which has lead myself to develop a strong passion for athletic performance. I gained my degree in Applied Sport Science from Solent University Southampton last year, and am currently near the end of my Masters degree in Strength and Conditioning at Ulster University.

I’m very passionate about coaching in both team and individual settings, and challenging my skill sets by working with sports that I may not have had previous experience in.

Favourite food: Mum makes a good lasagna

Fun fact: played against current USMNT players when playing for Crusaders.

Meet Coach Michael.

Name: Michael McAuley

I’m 23 and am a recent Sport & Exercise graduate and have started a Masters in Strength & Conditioning.

Growing up I tried various different sports but at 15 started sprinting in the 100, 200 & soon to be 400 metres🤢. Athletics has given me the opportunity to train and compete in many different countries. Meeting athletes and coaches all over the world, developing my knowledge and gaining experience in the process.

When Mike told me the Dynamis aim is to bridge the gap between professional and amateur sport, I knew I wanted to get involved ASAP. This is something I am passionate about and can’t wait to get involved and meet everyone who joins the gym!

Fun Fact:
Eliud Kipchoge (The current marathon world record holder) gifted me a pair of his shoes after he trained in them.

Here is one of our Lead Coaches Tom McGivern

Who is Tom? 🤔

I’m a Strength and Conditioning coach with a background in Olympic weightlifting and Strength Sports.
From a young age I have been passionate about sports and I have continued this on into my University education, through Sport and Exercise Sciences at Ulster University.
I love coaching and working with all the athletes , working with a wide variety of athletes across a number of different sports and ability levels. Ranging from complete beginners to elite athletes preparing for international competitions.

I’m ranked in the top 10 U23 weightlifters in Ireland.
