☀️ WHAT A WEEK FOR PRIORITY FITNESS! ☀️

Last Wednesday, so many of our members and their families came together to take part in the Fun Run, while others stepped up to the 10K and Half Marathon. It was amazing to see everyone together, sharing smiles, supporting one another and taking part in something that not only challenges your fitness, but also boosts your mood and releases those feel-good endorphins. With the sun shining, it really reminded us what fitness is all about. ❤️

Then on Sunday, our incredible women took on the Women's 10K, and what a day it was! ☀️

🏃‍♀️ Some completed their very first 10K. 🏃‍♀️ Some smashed their personal bests. 🏃‍♀️ Some ran simply for the enjoyment. 🏃‍♀️ Some ran in memory of loved ones close to their hearts.

And we had clients taking part from their 30, 40s, 50s right through to 76 years old… yes, you read that correctly! 🙌

This is why we love what we do. Fitness isn't just about sets and reps; it's about community, friendships, memories, challenges and making the most of life. Seeing so many people outside the gym, enjoying themselves and supporting one another fills us with pride.

We're incredibly proud of every single one of our Priority Fitness family. ❤️

🔥 The respect and appreciation you gain for one another during 100 days is on another level.

What started as a challenge became a team. A group of lads pushing each other, supporting each other, and enjoying plenty of friendly banter along the way.

💪 Ryan started at over 20 stone. Today, he's smashing full Hyrox sessions, benching over 150kg, knocking out chin-ups, and has gone from 20+ stone to 17st 12lb. All while being a dad of 3 and launching a new business. His work ethic is unbelievable.

💪 Anto could barely bench 57.5kg when we started. Now he's repping 90kg, performing weighted chin-ups, dips and push-ups, and has transformed from 14st 7lb to 11st 12lb. A self-employed dad of 3 and an absolute machine when it comes to Hyrox.

💪 Pearce gives 100% every single session. At just 29 years old, he can bench over 100kg, smashing weighted chin-ups, dips and push-ups, and his fitness levels have gone through the roof. All while navigating a house move and career change. He went from 16st 6lb to 13st 10lb.

I'm incredibly proud of these guys.

A few paragraphs on Instagram can't truly explain what went on over these 100 days. The commitment, the sacrifices, the laughs, the tough sessions, and the results.

Big energy this weekend 💥

We had 3 coaches leading Friday’s SGPT session and another coach on for yesterday’s Hyrox session 👊

We haven’t even been in this building a year yet and we’re already going through our 3rd renovation 🙌

We’re constantly improving the space and upgrading our equipment to make sure every member gets the most from their training and is pushed to their full potential 🔥

When you’re coaching a back and shoulders session and the room is full of women confidently wearing tops that show off their back gains… 💪
Apologies to the guys on this one as they had full t-shirts on 🤣

That’s Priority Fitness.
This is what we do.

This is the result of consistency, hard work, and proper coaching.

We push people based on what they’re capable of.
We encourage better nutrition choices.
And we don’t lie to people by saying you can eat cake every day and magically get ripped.

Do we believe in balance? Absolutely.
We tailor our coaching around each client’s goals and lifestyle.
But here’s what I’ll say…
So many people walk through our doors thinking they’ll never achieve things like a Hyrox, chin-ups, or lifting double figures.
And then they go and smash it.

Priority Fitness isn’t just full of “ripped” people.
But our long-term members are fit, strong, capable, and confident and I’m incredibly proud of that. 💪

But here’s what really matters…

3 of them were old members that came back from seperate gyms, and every single one said the same thing:
👉 they weren’t pushed the same
👉 they weren’t held accountable

That says everything.

Because results don’t come from comfort.
They come from structure, standards, and someone actually expecting more from you.

Now let’s talk retention…

Our churn rate sits at 2.6% which is considered excellent in the fitness industry.
(And even that number includes cleaning up old inactive accounts and the natural drop-off that always happens.)

The month before? 1.2%.

So no, people aren’t just joining…
They’re staying.

And here’s the real proof

16 of them are still training at Priority Fitness today.

Even after relocating from Lisburn to Dunmurry.

The one exception? Moved to Scotland for uni…
…and still comes back to train when he’s home.

So what does that tell you?

It’s a standard.
It’s accountability.
It’s a place people commit to, and stick with.
