Proud day for me today. Started weight loss journey around start of this year. Lost to date 36 kilos just under 6 stones. Had few health issues and demons on the way but kept fighting. For years been to busy building things and just eating quick food snacks etc. But realised I had to look after myself now as times running out. Prepared own diet plan and training routine which is limited to as have lower back issues but I am just about where I want to be now. I am posting this up as I would love to inspire others to get up and do the same even if it helps just one person out there to look at me and do the same so they to can go play with their grandkids or whatever. And can if possible go walks and just do normal things. There’s loads you can do. But more importantly to look after your health. If I can in any way help you with a diet plan or exercise plan then get up and come have a chat. I can help you. You can do this. It took me years to eventually get a grip of myself which I am now so happy with. Your health is the most important thing in life. Our time here is now it’s not a rehearsal. Go on you can do it. 💪💪💪
